FASTR has been built to make the unavoidable ‘daily dose’ of PowerPoint more enjoyable for consultants and other heavy users in industry and financial services.
Its roots date back to 2014 when the first version was developed based on many years of experience in management consulting. Since then, FASTR has been used on a daily basis and has evolved into a full-fledged productivity tool incorporating the feedback from a growing fan base.
While the feature set is on par with some very costly suites, FASTR aims to be a lightweight and more affordable alternative that remains easy to use and easy to customize.

The installation can be started by running the install wizard (.exe) file directly from the online source. Alternatively, you can save the install wizard (.exe) to the disk and start the installation by double-clicking the downloaded setup file.
The installation wizard copies the required files and updates the registry. Upon restarting
FASTR works with Office 2007, 2010, 2013, 2016 and 365 on Microsoft Windows. For Office 365, you will need the desktop version rather than the cloud version. FASTR does not work on Mac OS, where add-ins are not supported by Microsoft. FASTR can be installed without admin rights.
No. FASTR is a lightweight add-in that is installed once. There are no background checks or automatic updates. To update FASTR, simply install a new version by running the installer. This will make sure that any obsolescent components from the prior version of FASTR will be removed.
Windows: Start > Add or remove programs > FASTR > Uninstall FASTR will be removed.
Currently, FASTR is available only with an English user interface.
Yes, FASTR is safe to download and use. FASTR comes with an executable installer that is digitally signed. The digital signature allows your computer to check whether the installer has been signed by a trusted third-party. By doing so, your computer ensures that the file has not been tampered with before downloading and running the installer.
No, for practical purposes, there's no limit to the number of custom styles you can use.
No. FASTR is a one-time installation, not a subscription model. Unlike some competitors we want you to pay for FASTR because you value it - not because you forgot to cancel a subscription. After the end of the license period, you need to install the newest version of FASTR. Of course, we are convinced that you will come back because you cannot do without FASTR anymore.
